Anishka Collie

Anishka T. Collie- CPA, CA,CIA

CEO & Principal Consultant

Ms. Anishka Collie will lead our engagement team and will be assisted by other professionals (with the relevant qualification and experience) as needed. She has over 19 years of experience providing consulting, financial advisory, internal & external auditing, corporate governance and enterprise risk management services to clients.

Anishka focuses on clients in the financial services industry sectors (commercial banking, off-shore banking, credit unions and insurance companies). She has also facilitated financial accounting, corporate governance, internal audit, and enterprise risk management training for staff and clients.

Anishka is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a licensed member of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Bahamas Chapter.

Anishka's Experience include:

Audit and Financial Advisory at a Big Four Accounting Firm (17 years)

Performing Internal & External Audits and Internal Control Reviews.

Obtaining an understanding of business processes and policies, testing design and implementation of controls, then making recommendations.

Performing Enterprise Risk Assessments.

Obtaining an understanding of business processes and policies, highlighting events that are of risk to the entity, noting the cause, the effect and related control.

Previously responsible for the day to day management of a company with over $267 million in assets (Receivership and Liquidation of assets).

Served as Head of Internal Audit at a multi-national Insurance Company based in The Bahamas and The Cayman Islands. (2 years)

Established a successful Internal Audit Function that reported to the Audit Committee and the Board (including preparing an audit charter, a five year audit-plan, conducting internal audits and special fraud investigations).

Lead Management with successfully implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Facilitated a series of risk assessment training (identifying risks and building risk registers).

Alisa Whyley- CPA


Alisa Whyley has over 15 years of professional experience as an accountant and auditor. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Alisa's Experience include:

Serving as a Lead Internal Auditor at one of the world’s largest resorts in Nassau Bahamas. She uses her knowledge of hotel and casino operations to conduct tests of internal controls and information systems. This includes audits for compliance with Financial Reporting procedures (i.e. SOX/COSO requirements) and submits reports on the results of audits recommending improvements in policies and procedures.

In addition to two years at a resort in the Internal Audit Department, Alisa previously worked with a big four firm in The Bahamas for 7 years in the assurance department and leveraged her experience chiefly in the retail and insurance areas. As a member of the Learning Committee, Alisa has facilitated training and contributed to the Learning Plan of the firm. 

Currently, she is a member of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Bahamas Chapter.
